Head West to Memphis for Vintage901, Promising the Best in Wine and Food


Nashville and Memphis still have a friendly rivalry after all these years, but the ribbing (heh) is generally good-natured. While Music City has a plethora of wine and food events to pepper your culinary calendar, Memphis is primarily known for its Memphis in May extravaganza, which includes an internationally prominent barbecue competition.

A new food event premiered last year to great acclaim, and Vintage901 looks like it has upped its game even further for the second edition. Scheduled for three days March 2-4, the event focuses on enhancing “community experience and cultural awareness for diverse audiences in unique, intentional spaces while featuring the best in artisanal wines, an array of local flavors with a nod to global sensibilities and music that blends the classic and the eclectic.” Wow, that’s a lot to deliver, even over a three-day weekend.
